Presently the Security comprises 6 Supervisors and 58 (51 male + 7 female) security guards. The guards are deployed at Main Gate, Hostels, Academic Building, Administrative Building, Departments etc., round the clock in three shifts on a rotation basis. Two supervisors are posted on each shift to supervise the security guards. The main duty of security guards is to look after the institution assets besides maintaining discipline in the campus. All guards are issued identity cards, uniforms, shoes, caps, belts & battens etc.
