Guidelines for the Degree Recipients attending the 4th Convocation

1. All the degree recipients (UG/PG/PhD) are required to wear the Convocation Attire which is straight white Kurta and Pajama with black Jutti/Ethnic shoes for male and plain cream colored Saree with narrow golden border for female.
2. Convocation stole/scarf will be distributed to the degree recipients on 3 rd November 2023 (Afternoon) at the Convocation Venue.
3. Degree recipients will not be permitted in the Convocation hall without designated attire. Therefore, get complete Convocation attire prior to the rehearsal program of the Convocation scheduled on 3 rd November 2023 (afternoon).
4. Participation in Convocation rehearsal is mandatory for all degree recipients attending the ceremony.
5. On the Convocation day, everyone must occupy their respective seats by 11:00 AM. Please maintain decorum and discipline during the program. You are also required to follow the instructions given by the Convocation volunteers.
6. Live webcasting and photography are arranged by the Institute. Therefore, mobile phone (or any type of photography) is not permitted in the Convocation Hall. Make sure to submit your mobile phone at the reception counter before entering for the ceremony.
7. Photography may be done only after the completion of the Convocation ceremony. Convocation ceremony will be followed by Lunch.
